Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.

Processing & Delivery Time

Shipping Method

Most items are shipped through trusted third-party freight carriers and may arrive via large trucks. If your order requires freight delivery, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside drop-off appointment. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout so we can coordinate this smoothly.


Tracking & Order Updates

As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your item ships, a separate email will follow with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@roboluxeusa.com so we can make the necessary changes before dispatch.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us right away at support@roboluxeusa.com. We’ll make it right—return shipping is on us if we shipped the wrong or damaged item.
