Refunds & Returns Policy

At Robo Luxe USA, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process straightforward and customer-focused.


1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.


2. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be your responsibility.


3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Malfunctioning

If your item arrives with issues, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a return at no extra cost to you. Once we inspect and verify the issue, we’ll either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.


4. Returns for Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days. Just ensure the product is in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the product price, minus the original shipping cost if applicable.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund confirmation and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at support@roboluxeusa.com.


6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply based on the item type or return reason. This will be clearly communicated before we proceed with the return.
